What the engagement delivered
Real value now, without a rewrite as the entry fee.
Services locked inside an internal system became something members could use directly, without needing a full core rebuild as a prerequisite. The legacy constraint was respected, with a deliberate path forward instead of a default one.
Credits and boundaries
The new layer was ours. The core was not.
The digital layer, migration, and member-facing application were our scope; the legacy core system predates this engagement and is still owned and run by the Society.
When a legacy system is the actual constraint, we'd rather work around it honestly than sell a rewrite as the only path.
