Desicode Infosolutions LLP (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Design & Code website at designandcode.tech. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

When you use our contact form, we ask for your name, email address, and a description of your project, and optionally your company name and budget range. We do not require any other personal data to browse this website.
If you contact us via WhatsApp using the link on this site, that conversation is carried on WhatsApp's own platform, governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's privacy terms, not this policy, from the point you leave our website.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy — and, where required, ask for your consent — before any such tool goes live.
2. Why we collect it
We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project proceeds, to deliver it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use contact-form submissions for marketing unless you separately and explicitly ask us to.
3. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of that business relationship and any period required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations afterward.
4. Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) service providers who help us operate our email and communication tools, bound by confidentiality; or (b) where required by law.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and its implementing Rules, and under other applicable data protection law where relevant to you, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to raise a grievance about how we've handled it.
